Registration and sending

Registration

Search for the device you want to sell with the search bar on the home page or on the category page.

Once you have found your device you can start the 3-step registration process:

  1. Answer the 3 questions about your device with Yes or No. These are questions about the functionality of your device and what it looks like.
  2. You will then see a quote. If you answer Yes to all three questions you get two options: a fixed price and a price range. With the price range, the price can be higher, but also slightly lower than with the fixed price. You can read how we assess this here. If you answer 1 or more of the 3 questions with No, you will only see the fixed price.
  3. If you like our offer enter your details to finalise the registration.

Sending

During your registration you can choose a shipping method. To make it as easy as possible for you, we have various shipping options.

Pick up service (if available)

In certain areas you can use our free pick-up service, carried out by DHL or UPS. You can choose a day that is convernient for you, up to 5 days in the future, then select a time slot. We will confirm this by email.

If you choose PostNL, you will receive an e-mail from us with a shipping label. Print it out and stick it on the box. You can drop off the package at over 9.000 PostNL points.

Homerr is a free and sustainable shipping option. Because Homerr uses vans that already drive through your streets, up to 79% CO2 emissions are saved per package. Hand in your package at one of the 1.600 Homerr points. Note: packages larger than 80x35x35 cm cannot be processed. Shipments are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

You will receive a DHL label from us by e-mail. Print it out and stick it on the box. You can hand over the package at one of the DHL service points.

JYou will receive a UPS barcode from us by email. You do not have to print it out, it can be scanned from your phone. You can hand over the package at one of the UPS service points.

You will receive a DPD label from us by email. Print it out and stick it on the box. You can hand over the package at one of the DPD service points.

Packing

It is important that you pack the device(s) securely, so that they cannot be broken during shipment. We do not reimburse any damage that happens during the shipment because the package was not packed firmly enough.
